Pay: $75-100k (depending on experience)
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote
During training employees are expected to be onsite every day.
ExecuSource is currently seeking Senior Audit Associates in the Atlanta market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and advance your career. Excellent company benefits and a hybrid schedule.
What you get to do:
- Conduct audits and review financial statement audits, benefit plan audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Prepare financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP.
- Document and test internal controls.
- Assist Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners with consulting projects.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns in the audit and review process of work papers and financial statements.
- Achieve budget and realization goals.
- Identify client issues and propose solutions to managers.
- Identify areas for technical skill improvement and enhance skills through CPE, personal commitment, and on-the-job training.
- 2-4 years of experience in business assurance/audit in public accounting; experience in transportation, manufacturing, and/or construction is a significant advantage.
- Ability and desire to manage client engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing audits and other services while managing to budget.
- Strong Excel skills and comprehensive knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
- Consultative approach with a focus on delivering superior client service.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Self-directed, motivated, and ambitious.
- Exceptional and proactive communicator, both verbal and written.
