About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer – SDET & AI to join a high-performing engineering team focused on building intelligent, reliable, and scalable software solutions. This role combines Python development, software quality engineering, test automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to deliver robust products and exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, test automation frameworks, AI-driven solutions, continuous integration and delivery, and modern software development practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, data scientists, and other engineering stakeholders to improve product quality and accelerate delivery. Additional Information

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and automation solutions using Python.
- Build and enhance automated test frameworks for functional, integration, regression, API, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop robust test strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality metrics.
- Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into software applications and testing processes.
- Explore the use of generative AI, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to improve engineering efficiency.
- Develop AI-assisted testing solutions for test generation, defect prediction, test optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Create and maintain API, UI, service-level, and data validation automation.
- Work with machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI services to support intelligent product capabilities.
- Collaborate with software engineers to identify quality risks and ensure testability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Troubleshoot application and automation issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Review code, test scripts, technical designs, and implementation approaches.
- Monitor test results, analyze failures, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks, documentation, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, sprint planning, and release activities.
- Promote quality engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design.
- Extensive experience developing automation frameworks and maintainable test solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies.
- Experience with API testing using tools and libraries such as REST Assured, Requests, Postman, or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, model validation, and AI application testing.
- Experience working with RESTful services, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience validating data across relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and perform effective root-cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
