About the Role
\n
We are seeking a SDET
- AI Quality Engineering in Chicago, Il to lead test automation for intelligent, scalable software products. This role requires 7+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering, with strong expertise in AI/ML validation. You will define quality strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure reliable customer experiences across web, API, data, and AI systems. \n
Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
* Design frameworks using Java/Python, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, and PyTest. \n
* Test REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, databases, event-driven systems, and cloud applications. \n
* Validate LLMs, chatbots, RAG pipelines, prompts, embeddings, model responses, bias, hallucinations, security, and performance. \n
* Build CI/CD quality gates using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes. \n
* Implement test reporting, defect management, observability, and risk-based testing. \n
* Partner with developers, product managers, data scientists, and security teams. \n

Required Qualifications \n
\n
* 7+ years of experience in SDET, test automation, or quality engineering. \n
* Proven technical leadership and strong programming skills in Python. \n
* Expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, SQL, Git, Agile, and CI/CD. \n
* Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven applications. \n
\n
\n
Nice-to-Have \n
Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, MLflow, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation tools.
