What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations of the medical unit, ensuring smooth coordination of care.

- Support and guide nursing staff, fostering teamwork and excellence in clinical performance.

- Partner with providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

- Uphold ethical and professional nursing standards in every patient interaction.

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility and state guidelines.
