- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2050 - $2200/n

/n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n

/n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State/n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required/n
- BLS certification (AHA) – Basic Life Support/n
- Strong clinical communication, conflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills/n
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team/n

/n/nER RN Responsibilities/n

/n
- Provide direct patient and family-centered care within the full scope of ER RN practice/n
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized care programs for emergency patients/n
- Collect observation data, plan, implement, and assess patient care in the Emergency Department/n
- Coordinate patient movement and staff assignments as Charge Nurse when required/n
- Receive pre-arrival reports from EMS and coordinate triage for walk-in arrivals/n
- Collaborate with House Supervisor and interdisciplinary healthcare team for patient throughput and bed assignments/n
- Work closely with ward clerks, provider staff, ED techs, RNs, and crisis evaluators/n
- Support mental health evaluations and deliver care in psych-safe treatment rooms/n
