WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Your core responsibility as an Inside Sales Center Agents to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. This includes following a script, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and ensuring good, quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. Contacting incoming leads immediately upon receipt to schedule appointments. Convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into qualified sales appointments and communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology.

SCHEDULE | PAY

This position requires someone comfortably connecting with people. You will be responsible for booking meetings each day as well as making high volume calls. Hours will be 12:00pm - 9:00pm [Sunday - Thursday]. Training will be 5 weeks (Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm)- you will be paid during training and being in person is mandatory.

Our base pay is $16.83/hr but a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentive program Depending on your performance, you could earn an extra $1000 per month.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

- Being in office (not a remote position) with reliable transportation and valid drivers license

- 2+ Years experience working in a fast-paced sales, call center, or customer service environment - inbound and outbound calling

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills

- Professional phone voice with proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills

- Highly motivated, energetic, positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively as a team member.
