They are now looking to bring on a Project Manager for direct hire. Salary is between $90k and $120k depending on experience. Benefits include M/V/D that is covered 100% by company for both employee and dependents. PTO, 9 Paid Holidays, 401k with company matching, and a company vehicle and gas card.

Duties:
• Direct, review, create change orders, RFI's, requests for clarification, seek approval on project design changes.
• Lead an inter-departmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

• Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities.
• Ability to understand and effectively manage project schedule.
• 10+ years' experience in the trade (highly preferred, not an absolute must) and 2 years' experience as a project manager.
