Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the US. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key partner for all functions of the business, providing visibility and decision support to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
•Acts as key partner to business functions; uses knowledge of finance and relationships with other areas to drive financial literacy throughout the company.
•Developing and maintaining financial models.
•Create management reports and associated commentary by working across functions and using multiple data sources.
•Monitoring KPIs and identifying the cause of any unexpected variances.
•Developing and continually improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
•Providing finance support to teams related to sales, production, demand planning, and other functions.
•Identifying and understanding business challenges; proposing and creating solutions.
•Develop and lead process for periodic business reviews of various functions, including reports to CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
•Work with cross functional teams on process improvement and other projects
•Complete other role-appropriate tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance or related field required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
•4+ years' experience in accounting and financial analysis with manufacturing or renewable energy companies a plus.
•Experience in project management, establishing business systems and process improvements.
•Excellent leadership skills.
•Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people.
•Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers.
•Solid analytical and organizational skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•Ability and enthusiasm to work within a fast-paced, culturally diverse team.
•Strong learning agility and adaptability.
