Job Description

We are seeking a remote Senior Mulesoft Engineer to join a U.S. based distributed team of senior engineers to deliver market-leading software solutions to develop and configure an API management platform providing strategic enhancements as well as production support.

This role will be in support of a broad revamping of the data and toolsets for the Client Group that needs to take place to fuel future growth globally across channels. This includes the improving the data structures, bringing together client interactions, sales, content, readership, and third-party data sets, to enable more nimble, effective, and predictive business intelligence, a re-organization and simplification of the CRM, and the build-out of new front-end tools for the global Sales teams.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Leading full development lifecycle and production support for CRM platform.Provide technical support in the development and continual improvement of service.Understands a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements.Collaborate with the internal and external technology and business partners to implement product changes.Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.Qualifications

At least 5+ years of rigorous design and programming experience2+ years of hands-on Mulesoft experienceExperience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test and support.Expert knowledge in XML, SOAP, WSDL, RAMLHands on experience in large scale API and SOA design, development, and deployment.Experience with API management technologyStrong relational database design/development skillsTrack record of working on complex projects under aggressive deadlinesExcellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MathematicsSkills:

Data analysis and reconciliationsStrong Excel capabilitiesFamiliarity with SQL, databasesWeb technologies and ScriptingKnowledge of Security, Auditing and Performance MonitoringUnderstanding of design patterns / design principles - end to end design thinkingNice to have:

Experience with integration with Salesforce (Preferred)Certified Mulesoft (Developer / API Design Associate preferred) or equivalent experience
