The Renewals team is responsible for building relationships with customers to ensure customers renew and expand their work with Amplify by following up with customers and striving to become the customers' trusted advisors.

The Associate Renewal Specialist will work as part of the Renewals team to secure customer renewals, maintain a clean pipeline, and support ongoing projects. This role reports to the Manager, Renewals.

**This is a contract position.**

Responsibilities of the Associate Renewal Specialist

  • Create subscription renewal quotes for existing customers.

  • Proactively contact customers with expiring subscriptions to maximize renewal rates.

  • Manage the high-volume renewal activities, including quoting and ensuring timely renewals.

  • Address internal and external inquiries regarding renewal accounts and quoting.

  • Advance service issues to the appropriate parties and work collaboratively to ensure satisfactory resolution and high customer satisfaction.

  • Use Salesforce.com to organize and track renewal status for assigned territory customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current customers, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Undertake additional projects as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Renewals team

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and/or educational setting.

  • Self-motivated, diligent, persistent, and dependable.

  • Service-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn about complex products in the education market and clearly communicate them to customers.

Preferred Qualifications of the Associate Renewal Specialist:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience in the K-12 education space

  • Proficiency with Google Suite

  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce

  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the customer

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00.
