Job Description:

Meade Engineering is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand, enhance client engagement, and drive business growth in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) industry. This role will play a pivotal role in positioning Meade Engineering as a leader in the industry by overseeing multidisciplinary campaigns and developing innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the MEP sector, a proven track record of driving results, and the ability to manage complex marketing projects.

This role is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and requires exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

The position is based in-office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Duties:
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to enhance brand visibility, analyze market trends, and position Meade Engineering as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate on proposals, identify target markets, and track ROI to drive client acquisition and business growth.
  • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with Meade Engineering's technical expertise and market position.
  • Supervise the creation of technical marketing materials and collaborate with experts to produce industry-relevant content.
  • Manage the website, SEO, and social media while using analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Organize participation in industry events and host networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and visibility.
  • Lead the marketing team and align efforts with cross-departmental goals to drive innovation and success.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the MEP, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their role in construction and real estate.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with industry standards, certifications, and compliance within the MEP field.
  • Established relationships within the MEP, AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), or related sectors.
