JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and Housekeeping Supervisor this position will be responsible for assisting with cleaning resident rooms and common areas. You are the invaluable eyes and ears of the Longview Campus.
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing apartments, and common areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
- Restocking supplies in restrooms, locker rooms, and hand sanitizing stations.
- Laundering, folding, and stocking bedspreads and linens.
- Must have the ability to relate positively and work effectively with other people in a team situation.
- Ability to work from a job list with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.

PAY: $18.45 to 20.45 per hour
SCHEDULE: Flexible schedule with an 8.5 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm days Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements
EDUCATION and EXPEREINCE:
Preferably possesses a high school diploma or GED.
Preferably one year experience in the methods, materials and equipment used in a variety housekeeping task. And preferred experience working with older adults in a residential setting.
