As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our technical products. You will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with executives, cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

As a Tresata Senior Product Manager, you will:

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. 

Technical Expertise: Demonstrated capability to comprehend market requirements, which demand technical comprehension, and furnish comprehensive details to cross-functional teams, encompassing engineering, design, and QA, to guarantee the successful product delivery.

Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and technical constraints. 

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, collaborating with UX and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.

Technical Architecture: Partner in driving the technical architecture and design of products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while maintaining alignment with business objectives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches. 

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, conduct post-launch evaluations, and iterate on product features to optimize performance and user satisfaction. 

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO BRING

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering or a related technical field.

10-12 years of industry experience, preferably within product companies.

Proven experience in technical product management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, high-impact products in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud technologies, data engineering,analytics. 

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving technical innovation and excellence. 

Experience with agile development methodologies and product management toolkits such as JIRA, Trello.

Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
