The person serving in the position of Clinic Receptionist is responsible for instilling a favorable first impression and gaining the confidence of the patient during the scheduling/registration process. The Clinic Receptionist is also responsible for a variety of business related tasks including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, interviewing patients or their responsible party to obtain necessary information when completing the registration/scheduling process. The Clinic Receptionist assists with other business related functions as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 years related experience in a healthcare environment
