Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making. Monthly analysis of operational sales (volumes & mix, selling price reconciliation…) Monthly analysis of operational variances (material, labor), product profitability and evaluates non-quality costs. Responsible for reporting of customer project financials ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition. Analyze production variances and work with Production Management to improve performance. Assist with preparation of the operating annual budget and periodic forecast process, including preparation of customer and program level sales and profit projections, operating expenses, and EBITDA. Other responsibilities supporting the business and/or department strategy as assigned. Cost accounting Establishes standard product costs and updates them annually. Provides cost-related data in support of business decisions or for use in financial reporting. May participate in or oversee regular inventory cycle counts. Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Accounting or Finance First successful experience in a business/industrial environment 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and cost accounting with progressive responsibilities High attention to detail and high analytical thinking skills, with ability to communicate autonomously analytical details Advanced level in SAP CO environment Well-developed organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Self-directed and assertive, results-oriented Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Team player with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively both cross-functionally and with all levels on management Additional Information
