Monitoring financial performance and developing plans to close gaps to plant targets, including communication with applicable Business Units. Supporting site delivery of annual HMM targets. Provide support and leadership on cross-functional plant and corporate initiatives.

Opportunity to implement process improvements within finance and cross-functionally with our business partners Engage in plant Zero Loss Culture programs to drive financial and safety performance improvements. Ensure Effective Financial Controls, including Capital Controls Maintaining the audit-ready status of internal controls through periodic review and self-audit. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 3+ years of related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for Impact) Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail, able to establish a process, make process improvements, and effectively organize own work (Own a Significant Functional Process) Ability to influence, develop, and motivate peers (Matrix Relationship Management) Willingness to get outside of traditional financial roles to support plant operations Able to identify and extract the right data from financial systems to provide meaningful analysis (Analytic Proficiency) Proactive, with the ability to respond quickly and adjust to changes (Situational Agility) Willingness to relocate PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masters of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred SAP or Oracle experience preferred Willingness to commit to 18-24 months in the role
