POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Assistant will support the GSP team by proactively marketing the benefits of Service to Customers. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Renew Service Plans in liaison with Distributors and end users. Process orders received through online and email channels. Proactively communicate with Customers to maintain a high on time renewal rate. Manage recurring billings in liaison with Customer Service Assist with order billing and establishing buying agreements and GSP contracts. Coordinate with customer service to process manual billings and credits. Provide support for order inquiries through phone and email communication with customers. Provide monthly reporting to management. Provide parts, availability, shipping, and pricing info to customers. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
