Disperses change and accepts deposits from other locations or retail points. Greets patients, provides routing assistance (arranging transport or escorting patients) to point of service. Provides wayfinding and guided tours of the facility. Acts a resource for all areas of the facility.Delivers amenities, VIP gifts, bereavement gifts and thank you cards. Provides security assistance to vehicles. Assists travelers with transportation arrangements. Works with ADON, doctors and nursing staff for proper bed placement and admission orders.Provides cross coverage for all areas of the Access Department including post admit. Accurately review and resolve billing claim edit, follow-up workqueues, and patient workqueues that are assigned related to registration errors. COVID screening and COVID related registration.Education and ExperienceCompletion of High School or GED is required. Knowledge of the health care revenue cycle is preferred.
