Responsibilities

  • Leveraging financial data to increase profitability, decrease risk, and reduce transaction costs.
  • Conceiving new trading ideas, formulating them into systematic strategies, and critically evaluating their performance.
  • Developing, analyzing, and implementing statistical models for computerized financial trading strategies.
  • Utilizing creativity and innovation to develop novel approaches for profitable trading in global markets.
Your experience
  • Outstanding academic records in math, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, or other technical and quantitative programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying mathematical techniques and writing software for financial models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to critically evaluate trading strategies.
  • High level of creativity and the ability to innovate.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Compensation
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $200,000 for applicants with undergraduate or master's degrees and $250,000 for applicants with PhDs or comparable professional experience.
  • Substantial variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire.
  • Additional compensation includes a sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
