The Credit Bureau Reporting Specialist is responsible for analyzing and monitoring the accuracy and integrity of credit data provided to credit repositories, taking appropriate and timely steps to correct inaccurate account information provided to credit repositories, and maintain a detailed database of credit reporting inquiries and resolutions .

Performs routine audits of accounts by reviewing exception reports to ensure proper coding of system of records. The Credit Reporting Analyst will provide insights to management to mitigate risks, stay compliant, and enhance servicing operations. The

Manager to review policies and procedures, workload, workflow, the effect of evolving credit regulation, department, and company announcements, as well as routine administrative topics. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate with the Credit Bureau Reporting Manager to achieve Dashboard objectives Document all credit related inquiries received from a variety of sources using Director 7, Credit Management Tool, VisioNet, SBX, Pacer/Accurint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and e-OSCAR 4.0 Investigate and

analyze consumer accounts to respond to credit inquiries using data from a variety of sources Correct inaccurate account information provided to credit repositories

and document the resolution using Director 7, and e-OSCAR 4.0 Maintain a clear understanding of all internal credit related policies and procedures, as well as all applicable federal regulations and credit industry standards Research and interpret bankruptcy court documents as they relate to credit reporting requirements Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
