This is a full-time opportunity (with company paid benefits) working in an office environment and at a VERY fast pace. Our Cash Application Specialist is responsible for: Reviewing Paperwork Processing ACH payments and checks Posting daily deposits Review remittance from customers and match to invoices in NAV Process invoices Audit Invoices Generate reports as needed REQUIREMENTS Experience with cash receipt or cash application in an Accounts Receivable field General Accounts Receivable experience Experience with customer web portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc) Collections experience a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Excel Possess initiative and is prepared to follow-up on problem areas with limited supervision Ability to work well with others and detail oriented
