**Description**

**Schedule: This position is part-time, Monday-Thursday. The hours are 4:15 pm - 7:00 pm during regular school year, 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm in the summer months.**

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise the delivery of treatment services/activities (assessment, implementation, and documentation) based on the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Social Competency program,

* Responsible for overall functioning of program and program environment as it relates to their program rooms and clients

* Continuously monitor and assess effectiveness of treatment interventions

* Actively participate in treatment team meetings regarding the direction of goals and behavioral interventions with support from the Assistant Director

* Responsible for planning, organizing and maintain of shared program spaces and materials

* Audit and sign off on progress notes on a daily basis for billing purposes

* Ensure mentoring, modeling and accountability to new employees and team members

* Coordinate with team to plan for coverage issues

* Cover for billing in the absence of other staff and provide support for mental health therapists in program rooms

* Participate in interview/hiring process

* Performs other job-related duties in area of responsibility as assigned.

Physical:

* Employee must have the physical ability to lift children, play on the floor and run with/after children.

* Be able to comfortably perform a series of flexibility exercises.

* Must be able to move (repeatedly) from a standing to kneeling position and back.

* Have the ability to bear weight on each knee.

* Must be able to lift and carry approximately 1/3rd of their body weight.

**Experience:**

* A minimum of one (2-3) year(s) direct care experience, and one year of management/supervision experience with the population currently being served (i.e. children, adolescents and/or adults).

* Participation in and completion of all mandatory in-services.

* Participation in at least ten (10) hours of documented additional in-services.

* Act 33 & 34 clearance

* Spanish speaking preferred

**Education Requirement:**

* Masters Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, which includes but may not be limited to the following: social work, psychology, counseling, and/or marriage and family therapy.
