* Provide a welcoming and elevated experience * Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit * Demonstrate a customer-first culture

Operations

* Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer data-base * Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards * Store maintenance
