Data gestuurd werken: Drie eenvoudige woorden, maar er komt zoveel bij kijken om het voor elkaar te krijgen.

De samenvatting van deze leadrol: Jij gaat aan de slag met onze partners om ze data gestuurd te laten werken. Je inspireert, adviseert, leert, leidt en stuurt collega's aan op de uitvoering. Koudwatervrees ken je niet. Je gaat met een open houding, oprechte instelling en rugzak met ervaring het gesprek aan om te bekijken waar kansen voor een organisatie liggen m.b.t. data. Natuurlijk krijg je backup van collega's boordevol inhoudelijke expertise om het voor elkaar te krijgen.

Data gestuurd werken n hierop beslissingen nemen, staat nog in de kinderschoenen en gaat zich in het middenbedrijf de komende jaren enorm ontplooien. Zo staat dit ook bij INOVA nog in de kinderschoenen. Jij wil graag met ons aan de wieg hiervan te staan. Samen met teamleads van ICT, Development en ONLINE bezoek je opdrachtgevers en inspireer je over de kansen die data te bieden heeft. Tevens overleg je met onze data-analysten, developers, adviseur proces-optimalitsatie en ICT'ers.

Kortom: We zoeken een ondernemende strateeg die praktisch meedenkt en doet. De schakel tussen onze MKB opdrachtgevers en de interne teams.

En wat je nog meer doet? Je adviseert, maar geeft ook (samen met collega's) invulling aan de uitvoering, door bijvoorbeeld:
- Je inventariseert de functionele behoeften binnen de organisatie;
- Je brainstormt met opdrachtgevers over eigentijdse data oplossingen zoals : AI, ML, maatwerk software, koppelingen, BI, AR, marketing automation etc.
- Je werkt ideen uit in een advies en projectplan.
- Je ontwikkelt werkwijzen en processen om data management binnen de organisatie te waarborgen of optimaliseren

Je houdt wel van een uitdaging en weet complexe vraagstukken makkelijk op te lossen. Je weet nog niet overal een antwoord op, maar zoekt je weg wel. Je werkt doelgericht, bent analytisch en zoekt graag de potentie van data. Daarnaast heb je een hbo of wo studie afgerond, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Bedrijfskundige Informatica, Informatiekunde of een vergelijkbare studierichting.

Must: Vanaf scratch processen initiren om tot een data gestuurde organisatie te komen
Must: Strategisch analyseren en adviseren
Must: Denken omzetten in doen
Must: Je overziet en begrijpt businessmodellen
Must: Kunnen communiceren tussen meerdere lagen in de organisatie
Must: Datastructuren kunnen vertalen naar een data design dat aansluit bij de bedrijfsbehoefte / doelstellingen
Pre: Je hebt ervaring met een raamwerk/model voor data gestuurd werken
Je hebt ongeveer 2 jaar ervaring met een of meer van de volgende onderwerpen; business intelligence, dashboarding, reporting, data management, data warehousing, data analyse, data quality, cloud oplossingen
hbo/wo opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Bedrijfskundige Informatica, Informatiekunde of een vergelijkbare studierichting.
