You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Lead Digital Business Agility Initiatives:

Drive client transformations by integrating advanced digital solutions, including business transformation strategies, enhanced user experiences, and technology integrations. Transformations may include stabilizing existing systems, evaluating and recalibrating teams and processes, integrating new technologies, and providing change management to maximize value out of transformations Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of digital and business transformation

Promote Growth and Collaboration:

Actively contribute to the commercial growth of Optum Advisory's Digital Transformation practice Foster and strengthen internal partnerships across various UnitedHealth Group businesses, including UHC, Optum Serve, Optum Health, and Optum Rx Where appropriate, support commercial growth activities to external partners

Client Engagement and Management:

Lead digital engagements, manage client communications, and deliver impactful presentations that effectively convey strategic priorities and solutions Build and maintain solid client relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes

Strategic Analysis and Planning:

Conduct thorough market and competitor assessments Develop robust business cases and design tailored client engagement growth plans

Project Leadership and Team Coordination:

Lead business transformation teams, overseeing project timelines and deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations Support and coach (versus Mentor) junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and development

The Digital Transformation Senior Consultant will also contribute to other practice-related development efforts including business development, thought leadership, and other practice needs. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital consulting, with a proven track record of leading and delivering transformation projects 5+ years of digital strategy consulting frameworks (e.g. design thinking and strategic planning and assessments) 5+ years project management skills managing projects that successfully meet budget and timeline goals 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with payer and/or provider services Ability to travel up to 10% This role is designed for professionals looking to leverage their digital transformation expertise in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
