About the Role: The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth through managing financial reports, process improvement, and developing KPIs. As a Financial Analyst, you will be assisting with the development of the annual operating plan, track various financial and operating metrics and models. This position will work closely with the Finance Director to support monthly close, develop KPI reports, improve current processes and update performance metrics to support the organization. Responsibilities Support key corporate functions to complete FP&A tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and modeling Build process improvements that identify and track key operating metrics that can be leveraged to develop planning tools Assist the Sales team in utilizing Salesforce in developing revenue reports to track revenue performance goals Work closely with the accounting team to accurately finalize the month-end close reporting Prepare monthly closing analysis and company board presentations Develop and generate weekly revenue internal management reports and monthly variance reports Monitor key performance indicators Provide analysis on strategic initiatives and other adhoc requests. B.S. in Finance, Accounting or equivalent 2+ years Financial Analysis experience Excellent analytical and modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of finance concepts Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Salesforce.com knowledge preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task Proficient in English
