Summary Self-driven Business Analyst to create and manage business insights reporting and daily production results using Power BI. Candidate must be experienced in merging data content, create data linkages, and be able to present business insights to leadership. Ability to collaborate with all parts of the organizations to understand needs and pain points and pull needed data and insights. Candidate will play a key role in providing leadership dashboards, recaps, and analyses that will be used for OKR’s and other performance tracking. Candidate will build production reports to manage lean manufacturing processes and team performance. The business analyst will play an integral role in helping the company drive operational efficiencies and achieve growth targets. This position will support our Business Analysis & Planning team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week.
