Job Responsibilities

  • Compensation (Range): 44-50/ hour: Salary
  • Lead Powerpack Program Management Sub Teams (PMST)
  • Manage achievement of Program Targets / Milestones
  • Cost - manage costed BOM, work with software and hardware, Team of 4, Finance
  • Weight - manage weight BOM status and targets
  • Timing- ensure delivery for program for achievements, and build events, and calibration release requirements
  • Quality - facilitate implementation of software technology/designs needed to achieve program and department quality objectives
  • Represent Powertrain and Electrified Controls (PTEC) as key contact with Powertrain Program Management Team (PMT).
  • This includes being contact to cascade information from the program to the PTEC team, as well as issue resolution with PTEC engineers and program teams.
