Pay: $38/hour

Position Description:

EV's, Digital & Design (EVDD) is currently seeking a Project Control Engineer to join our Powertrain and Electrified Controls (PTEC) team. This position provides exposure to new features on various platforms including BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), Hybrid, and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and how they are developed to provide new customer experiences. As a Project Control Engineer, you will drive Powertrain Software deliverables and timelines to support Past, Present and Future Programs through corporate milestones.

Daily Duties:

Lead Powerpack Program Management Sub Teams (PMST)

Manage achievement of Program Targets / Milestones

Cost - manage costed BOM, work with software and hardware, Team of 4, Finance

Weight - manage weight BOM status and targets

Timing- ensure delivery for program for achievements, and build events, and calibration release requirements

Quality - facilitate implementation of software technology/designs needed to achieve program and department quality objectives

Represent Powertrain and Electrified Controls (PTEC) as key contact with Powertrain Program Management Team (PMT). This includes being contact to cascade information from the program to the PTEC team, as well as issue resolution with PTEC engineers and program teams.

Skills Required:

- Program/Project Management - Self Stater - Desire to work independently and adapt to dynamic situations. - Managing Multiple Projects simultaneously - Organized - Open Minded - Able to work with senior management - Solid Communication Skills

Experience Required:

- Engineering Program or project management experience required - Experience working with multi-functional teams, creating a collaboration across organizations, cultures and regions

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
