Promotes positive community presences and missionenhancement utilizing a results-oriented approach to increase publicawareness and name recognition for Independence First. Collaborates withdesignated vendors and external and internal marketing team to develop,implement, and monitor the agency\'s: Agency Fund Development PlanAnnual Fund Development Outreach Plan Provides direct supervision forthe Grants/ Fund Development Coordinator Position Expected Hours ofWork: This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Mondaythrough Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends.Expected to be in the office, home, hybrid, or conducting agencybusiness in the community during regular business hours. A minimum of 40hours weekly may be required to complete job duties Essential Functionsof the Position: Fund Development Responsibilities: Direct andcoordinate the agency\'s fund raising programs, to include the annualgiving, major gifts, special gifts, planned giving, memorial andtribute, foundation and corporate contributions. Develop and implementspecific campaigns, planned giving, charitable trusts, endowments, anddevelopment projects. Direct the production of annual fundraising eventsand appeals. Oversight of fund development/marketing events, includingpromotion, planning, and implementation.
