Job Description:
Client : Banking
Position : Business Consultant
Duration : 12 months
Location : Concord, CA
Payrate : $55-60/hr
Daily Task:
Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution
Review and analyze Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation
Contribute to the resolution of complex issues related to Business Execution deliverables
Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution
Act as a key data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting
Understand regulatory reporting requirements and map them to physical elements in the CBL system
Manage defects aligned to CBL domain through the entire lifecycle of defect management
Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise on complex companywide strategies
Plan and manage strategic initiatives using analytical skills and knowledge of Business Execution
Lead professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups
Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key stakeholders regarding root cause, cost, benefit, and risk evaluations
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Business Execution, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex Business Execution challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements such as Basel III
Experience in managing defects and ensuring regulatory reporting commitments are met
Strategic thinking and leadership skills to influence organizational business and financial operations
Analytical skills and knowledge of international business
Ability to lead cross-organizational strategic initiatives and provide updates to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
