Job Summary:
Job Title: Caribou Clerk
FLSA Status: Hourly
Reports To: Caribou Manager
A Caribou Clerk is responsible for the development of proficiency in filling guest drink orders quickly, efficiently, and consistently while promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Job Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists customers with their coffee orders as well as greet, offer, & thank every guest
- Provides recommendations to guests
- Solves guest questions and concerns
- Takes guest orders and payment
- Prepares beverages and serves food products as applicable
- Keeping supplies stocked and organized
- Ensures floors are clean and free of debris
- Prepares product for other shifts
- Responsible for conducting and auditing temperature checks and food safety logs
- Completing all checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects assigned by the Supervisor
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
- Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Constant walking, bending, kneeling
- Able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder)
WORK SCHEDULE
The Caribou Clerk is a full or part time hourly postion. The work schedule may include early mornings, nights, weekends, & holidays.
