Food Court Clerks have the opportunity to improve the breakfast, lunch and dinner tables of our guests by providing a variety of delicious meal options.

• Provide Excellent Guest Service: Locate and recommend food court Caribou coffee, pizza or popcorn to guests.
• Collect and Fulfill Guest Orders: Collect and fulfill guests' orders or special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Food Court: Oversee the food court area by maintaining high quality sanitary conditions and stock levels of condiments, utensils, napkins, containers, and additional supplies.
• Ensure Food Safety: Collect temperatures of food and maintain all necessary food safety logs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
• Process Transactions: Ensure that the process of shrinking items is completed following department procedure and maintain accurate pricing and signage of food court products.
• Prepare the Food Court Area: Ensure clean prep areas by a detailed wipe-down before the food is arranged and ensure all quality standards are being met, including but not limited to, quantity and quality expectations for daily operations.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the food court.

• Ability to Deal Tactfully and Effectively with Guests: Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.
• Good Oral and Written Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet the needs of our guests.
• Knowledge of the Retail Food Business: Knowledge of the retail food business and ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to possible safety hazards on store premises.
• Ability to Make Timely and Effective Decisions: Ability to make timely and effective decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the food court.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivation to work at a fast pace and multitask to meet the needs of our guests.

• Ability to Handle Working at Fast Speeds: Ability to handle working at fast speeds and lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Full Range of Upper Body Motion: Full range of upper body motion to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
• May be Exposed to Extreme Temperatures: May be exposed to extreme temperatures while working in the food court area.

• Part-time or Full-time Hourly Position: The Food Court Clerk position is a part-time or full-time hourly position.
• Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays: The shift may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
