Tasks

Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and data accuracy.

Configure and customize the system to meet user needs and business goals.

Create and maintain user profiles, managing access permissions.

Generate insightful reports and analyze data to understand client behavior and trends.

Provide ongoing training and support to users on CRM functionalities.

Offer prompt and courteous technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the trading platform, account management, and other features.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide clear solutions.

Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members.

Maintain and update knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Stay current on company products and services.

Requirements

1+ year of experience as a CRM administrator or similar role (required)

Prior experience in the CFDs/FX/iGaming or a similar industry (essential)

Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

Proven proficiency with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles

Solid computer literacy and basic troubleshooting abilities

Excellent organizational and communication skills
