Our modern steak and seafood restaurant will have a focus on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. Marbled & Fin is opening SOON Training will begin on Wednesday, May 29th We will be hosting open houses daily. Come on over and check out this beautiful new space, brand new kitchen, and meet the team Walk in today and walk out with a secure position at Charleston's newest restaurant

Managers will be on-site daily Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. They will be conducting interviews for all positions

What we are looking for:
  • A minimum of 2+ years serving in a fine dining environment.
  • An exemplary understanding of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Comfortable navigating an extensive wine and spirits list.
  • Those who are detail-oriented, clean, working proactively with a sense of urgency while possessing excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Someone confident, engaging, and enjoys sharing their knowledge of food and beverage with others.

In this position, you have the opportunity to make a competitive hourly rate plus great tips. Pay rates and ranges listed are averages INCLUDING tips and fluctuate with business levels. Pay rates and ranges are not guaranteed and tips are given at the sole discretion of our guests.
