Mapper , learns patterns from employee clicks and keystrokes, identifies key steps, decisions and repetition, and generates “blueprints” for automation. Today, it supports RPA teams, that build software bots for repetitive computer tasks such as data entry, form completion and claim processing. Alongside creating process maps for automation, we've introduced

Miner , which helps enterprises identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

Your missionAs our

first Product Marketing Manager,

you will collaborate directly with the CEO and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to drive awareness, demand, adoption and expansion opportunities. You will amplify our story and differentiators, ensure our value messaging resonates with our enterprise buyers and keep our sales enablement materials up-to-date. Your efforts will ensure that both existing and prospective customers fully understand how they can succeed with Mimica.

Part of your day-to-dayDeveloping and executing GTM strategies for launching new products and features, focusing on growth within key verticals.Continuously refining our target personas by gaining insights into critical roles, pain points, use cases and value propositions throughout the buyer journey.Producing and distributing engaging product content tailored for both technical and business audiences, including web copy, blog posts, newsletters, events and webinars.Creating sales collateral to support pipeline growth and facilitate deal closures, including presentations, case studies, testimonials, feature briefs and whitepapers.Partnering with the Engineering team to gain a deep understanding of our product's technical details and translating these into compelling narratives.Working closely with Sales and Product to refine our positioning strategy, staying responsive to market trends, competitive shifts and significant industry developments.Serving as a Mimica subject matter expert during events, and in interactions with the press and industry analysts.

What you will bringBackground in leading marketing programs end-to-end with experience in creating personas, unique use cases, and value propositions.Working knowledge of the sales cycle and buyer journey for enterprise software/SaaS, and their implications on product marketing strategy.Proven ability to write content that converts and a flair for creative storytelling.Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.Customer empathy and an analytical mindset – leveraging data, feedback from the field, and learnings from trials and product launches to evolve our strategies.Superior communication and presentation skills; adept at influencing decision-makers at various levels within an organization.A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically—rolling up your sleeves to execute day-to-day tasks.

BonusKnowledge of automation/RPA, process mining, or related markets.Experience in successfully introducing B2B products to the market and/or new verticals.Proficiency with marketing automation software and data tools.Experience working within a high-growth startup environment – delivering value quickly and iteratively with limited resources.
