You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external business partners to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans and execute strategies to develop, refine, prioritize and bring initiatives to life. **Responsibilities** + Build growth roadmaps and project plans for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring balance of cross sell and broad market acquisition strategies + Nurture current strategies and identify new growth strategies to implement + Lead projects from inception to successful execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, lending/banking, capital markets, product, and analytics teams + Oversee and report on channel or initiative forecasts and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives + Report on business customer acquisition metrics and marketing performance + Leverage research, data and insights to forge new strategic directions, testing frameworks and growth initiatives + Facilitate the integration and launch of new partnerships and nurture existing business relationships + Support development of future growth or product opportunities **Benefits and Perks** Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too We go above and beyond to give you the support you need on an individual level and offer all sorts of ways to help you live your best life.
