Join our team as a Virtual Clinical Partner. In the Virtual Clinical Partner role, you will perform direct observation of the patient to maintain safety via a live-only audio-visual stream of the patient to the secure monitoring hub.
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
High School Diploma or GED required
CNA Education and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required
C.N.A., MA, EMT experience preferred
One year of experience in a hospital or long-term care environment with direct patient care
experience or experience as a virtual sitter
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English
Ability to navigate computer medical software efficiently
Ability to effectively problem-solve quickly
Ability to type by touch to keep eyes on patients at all times, preferred
De-escalation Training, preferred
Physical requirements- Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
