You will coordinate and support marketing efforts using media, graphics, email, and other digital tools to support the vision and goals of Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM), Charis Bible College, and Gospel Truth TV (GTTV) under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager. This includes coordinating campaigns using conversion funnels, social media, Facebook ads, Google Grants, Ad Words, and Google Analytics. You will work with multiple teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Essential Duties:Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize the promotional mix on campaigns to achieve a high return on investment.Design, develop and implement strategic, multi-channel integrated promotional plans, and product launch strategies according to business priorities, utilizing mostly digital methods.Collaborate and lead meetings with the marketing team and other department managers to devise strategies & marketing plans.Align individual performance expectations with organizational goals.Develop performance goals collaboratively with direct reports.Ensure that performance goals are clearly communicated and current.Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to direct reports as needed.Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals.Work alongside other AWM teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and ongoing digital marketing that meets the goals and objectives of AWM, Charis, and GTTV stakeholders. Assist with designing digital marketing campaigns aligned with AWM, Charis, and GTTV goals. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and analysis on marketing ROI and KPIs across all digital marketing channels. Delivering actionable insights based on KPIs. Coordinate and create (as needed) digital content (e.g., digital graphics, social media, emails, web pages and blogs). Archive digital content files so they are readily available for team members. Stay up to date with digital marketing developments. Keep up with competitors, industry trends, and updates on social media platforms. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Exceptional communicator verbally & written, who can interface with clients, team members, vendors, and leadershipAbility to work on a team and collaborate with other departmentsComfortable coaching, training, and giving constructive feedback to direct reports. Ability to manage multiple projects, in a variety of media, concurrentlyUnderstands the customer journey, sales funnels, and how advertising integrates with those.Understanding of Facebook Ad Manager. Understanding of Google Ads and experience in building advertising programs. Understanding of Clickfunnels.Solid level understanding of marketing analytics, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and general performance reporting. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, media editing software.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Familiarity with web design and content management systems.Ability to manage complex projects independently.Strong attention to detail.Excellent organization and project management skills.Excellent problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Must be able to effectively operate Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office SuiteRequirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Must sign Statement of Faith.Excellent organization and project management skills. Experience in content creation is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Bachelors Degree or equivalent education is preferred.Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred. Must pass a background check.Experience:3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing.Experience in building ad campaigns programs. Experience in building conversion funnel landing pages.Experience in building emails, autoresponders, forms for proper tracking, and automated alerts for specific web traffic by users.Experience with SEO/SEM, A/B testing tools such as Optimizely and Unbounce Experience in content creation is a plus.
