What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide expert leadership and management for significant industrial construction projects.
  • Enforce adherence to safety policies, ensuring training and certification for employees.

  • Oversee contract compliance and manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management, presenting project progress updates.
  • Manage change orders, proposal processes, project cash flow, and timely invoice submissions.
  • Maintain alignment with company approval guidelines.
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Self-Performance Expertise: Experience in self-perform construction with Electrical and Piping crafts.
  • Mastery of Project Management: 10-15 years' progressive experience in construction project management roles.
  • Scheduling Savvy: Proficiency in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project, a plus.
  • Financial Fluency: Strong grasp of cost reporting and budgeting.
  • Sales and Estimation Support: Contribute to project proposals and estimations.
