Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Commercial-Industrial Federal Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, management, and execution of commercial and industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and executing commercial and industrial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and required resources.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other necessary documents.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders on the status of the project.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial construction and federal construction.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • A proven track record of successfully completing commercial and industrial construction projects.
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
