Requirements

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 10-20 years in engineering project management, particularly within E or A/E consulting environments.

Professional Engineering License: Preference for candidates holding a PE qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.

Project Management Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, with proven skills in managing schedules, budgets, and quality control.

Leadership: Capability to manage and lead project teams effectively. Experience in architectural, structural, or civil engineering with significant team management experience will also be considered.

Communication Skills: Strong skills required for client interactions, proposal writing, and conducting team qualification presentations.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and Revit is essential.
