Set quality standards and metrics, monitor defect levels, support repairs, and manage customer complaints.Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.Leadership and Team ManagementMentor team members, setting clear objectives and expectations.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Product Developers, Project Managers, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure quality and regulatory alignment.Participate in product development and launch activities, providing regulatory and quality input.Risk ManagementAssess and mitigate risk related to quality and regulatory compliance, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.Ensure that risk assessments are conducted for new products, processes, and changes.ABOUT YOU:Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control and regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry.Understanding of cosmetics in the North American, EU & Canada markets is essential.Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO).Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP).Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Certification in quality management (e.g. ASQ or Six Sigma), HACCP, and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications is a plus.As a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Regulatory, you will enjoy being part of an energetic and hands-on team, excited about beauty and home care.
