Requires BS Degree in Supply Chain or related field

Provide planning, scheduling, and business analysis support for multiple departments.

Generating integrated master schedules with appropriate work breakdown structures, allocating budgets, generating standard business reports and metrics, assessing and managing change, supporting development of new proposals, creating resource plans and forecasts, and strategic planning support.

Use of EVM methods to monitor cost and schedule progress, evaluate variances, and update performance forecasts.

Work with production planners to maintain required inventory levels, manage project costs, and devise solutions to production problems.

With little assistance from others, devise solutions for variances to the production schedule and present to management. Draft, edit, and support Basis of Estimate for proposal work.

Support Control Account Managers (CAMs) or act as a CAM, as requested.

Coordinate and lead other lower classified planners and schedulers and assist supervisors in training and coaching on best practices.

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs using Microsoft Project. Work closely with Program Managers and Control Account/Task Managers to ensure timely program execution
