As the practice is in the process of transitioning ownership, it's also looking to add an Optometrist to the team of 18 staff members. Salisbury Optical is offering the following: Competitive base pay 401(k) Insurance Paid vacation and holidays Continuing education allowance Retention bonus Potential future partnership or ownership opportunity What you do: You'll collaborate with a highly skilled team of doctors, providing comprehensive vision care services to patients of all ages, vision and medical diagnoses. You'll perform examinations, refractions, and additional optometric services and recommend vision-enhancing products. The daily patient flow, on average, consists of 18 to 22 comprehensive exams. You'll have access to diagnostic technology, retinal camera, and support, enabling you to provide the highest level of care.
