Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of complex business datato identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions - Oversee the development and implementation of business analysis processes and methodologies - Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and data-driven strategies - Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape - Develop and maintain data models to support business analysis and forecasting - Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures - Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives and projects - Monitor and evaluate the performance of business processes and recommend improvements - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define business needs - Provide training and support to junior analysts and team members on best practices and analytical techniques - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks and tools -Qualifications - Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Have excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders - Demonstrate proficiency in using analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI software - Show experience in developing and maintaining data models and databases - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Have a solid understanding of business processes and methodologies - Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Show experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Possess a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field - Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements - Show proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations #J-18808-Ljbffr
