This role supports critical initiatives within energy trading and risk management, driving efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, domain knowledge, and stakeholder engagement experience within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with trading, risk, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation within ETRM systems. Ensure SOX compliance and support internal audit requirements, identifying risk and proposing mitigation strategies. Manage project timelines and deliverables; act as backup Scrum Master as needed. Create and present dashboards, project updates, and process documentation to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ETRM systems (OpenLink Endur preferred). Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Skilled in tools such as Jira, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and MS Office. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in high-pressure, cross-functional project environments.
