Regional Partner (Estate Planning Attorney) Haverhill Management represents an innovative, nationwide Estate Planning law firm that is searching for a Seasoned Estate Planning Attorney for the Fort Lauderdale area. You will have access to comprehensive support services that include client billing, legal marketing, technology support, and accounting. As our South Florida Regional Partner, you will have the opportunity to work in a leadership role training and overseeing the work of attorneys who are providing legal representation to the South Florida community. You will help make employment decisions, handle performance management, and develop employees. You will review, supervise, and provide feedback on the work product of attorneys. Responsibilities: Oversee local office business operations, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to regional business decisions to achieve our overall firm goals. Ensure that the local office is achieving its short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement. Participate as part of the firm’s management team that ensures delivery of excellence with leadership, fellow Regional Partners, and Managing Attorneys. Assist in hiring and training process of the Managing Attorneys on the basics of Estate Planning, complimentary consultation, sales, design meeting, and signings. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Ensures the quality of all Managing Attorneys cases in the region. Draft estate planning documents including, but not limited to, wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable Medicaid trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care. Attend client meetings on more sophisticated client matters. Responsible for ongoing legal training after launch of offices, career mentoring of Managing Attorneys. Responsible for drafting all Estate Planning and Probatetemplated documents for assigned jurisdiction. Receive internal and external referrals for Probate, Trust Administration, advanced case work from local offices in the region. Qualifications: Knowledge of Clio, WealthCounsel, or similar platforms. Juris Doctor degree. Must be admitted to practice in Florida (in Good Standing). Minimum 10 years of practice in Estate Planning area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
