The International Spine, Pain & Performance Center is a medical and wellness practice highlighting fitness and nutritional services with offices in Arlington VA and Washington DC, grounded in interdisciplinary care and cutting-edge technology, we focus on patient-centered outcomes and value-based care.
We are seeking a professional, energetic, well-spoken, team-oriented person. Individuals must have the personality to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work well independently. We represent a team of self-motivated individuals with professional demeanor functioning as a team. We are looking for someone to fit right in. Someone with excellent phone skills. The ability to multi-task, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is a must. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Triage Patients
Report pertinent patient information to clinicians
Maintain an organized clinic and procedural schedule
Maintain HIPPA compliance with patient records
Verify and update patient insurance
Gather office notes and imagine reports
Follow Standard Precautions when interacting with patients
Maintain cleanliness and order of examination and procedure rooms
Knowledgeable with an EMR system
Strong organizational skills
Assist physician with injections and procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Proper and safe use of office equipment (C-arm, Ultrasound, etc)
Personalizing your journey to sustained pain relief, improved function and optimized performance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
