Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field Minimum 3-5 years of overall general business experience Experience in Operational Consulting (MOS development) Experience in the manufacturing and food industries (very strong asset) Experience providing training and coaching Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies Proficiency in data analysis Practitioner with the Prosci ADKAR Model Demonstrated knowledge/understanding/exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts such as PMO, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, MRP, ERP, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, etc PMP certification (asset) Proficient to expert level with Excel Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Organized, disciplined, and motivated to succeed
